YUWALAYA, in collaboration with the National Youth Council, DKA Austria, and Konjosing Rural Municipality, organized a two-day Training of Trainers (TOT) on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) and Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE). The primary goal of the training was to empower participants with in-depth knowledge and practical skills, enabling them to lead training sessions in their respective communities. Through interactive methods such as group discussions, role-plays, and demonstrations, participants explored critical topics, including CSE, menstruation, and family planning. The training focused on dispelling common myths, enhancing participants’ understanding of gender and sexual diversity, and promoting menstrual hygiene management. The TOT program was a successful step in promoting accurate information and fostering open conversations about menstruation and family planning.
