Ignite is a transformative 3-day residential bootcamp aimed at nurturing the next generation of youth leaders in Nepal. Designed for adolescents and young adults, this program provides an immersive experience that blends leadership training, advocacy skills, and personal development. Through engaging workshops and experiential learning, participants will discover their potential to lead and inspire.
The bootcamp covers essential topics such as communication skills, project planning, gender and social inclusion, SRHR, climate action, and policy advocacy. Participants will also hear from inspiring youth leaders and mentors who have made real impact in their communities, learning how to turn passion into purposeful action. Group activities and team challenges will build confidence, teamwork, and critical thinking.
At the end of the bootcamp, participants will pitch their own community-based initiatives and receive guidance for turning ideas into reality. Selected projects may receive seed support or mentorship through Yuwalaya. Ignite is not just a training—it’s the beginning of a journey to becoming empowered, compassionate, and impactful leaders of tomorrow.
